Democrats plan to feature an array of party leaders on the second evening of their convention in Chicago on Tuesday, most notably former President Barack Obama.
The main stage speakers at the Democratic National Convention will also include Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker (D) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.).
Other planned speakers are Obama’s wife Michelle and Doug Emhoff, husband of Kamala Harris, the vice president and Democratic presidential nominee.

“What you’re going to see tonight is the broad, diverse, deep coalition of support for President Biden and the Harris-[Tim] Walz ticket,” Alex Hornbrook, the convention’s executive director, told reporters Tuesday morning.
